As far as our field of expertise is concerned, there are essentially two principles that guide us in choosing the blonde for our clients:
1. Light colors broaden the figure, dark colors narrow it
And if this universally recognized assumption is true first of all for clothing, the same principle can be applied to hair.
When you go to bleach and tone you must in fact pay great attention first of all to the shape of the face, choosing a lightening that enhances the client's physiognomy.
Too light a color could create an unpleasant final effect, widening the face too much, while, on the contrary, too dark a tone could make the whole look narrower and more disproportionate than it actually is.
2. The number of lightenings to be carried out is fundamental
To obtain a satisfactory result, it is important to calculate the amount of lightening required with extreme precision.
If too many are made, the final effect could in fact be unsightly and even show color spots.
On the contrary, if too few are done, the color could be too dark, ruining the client's expectations who will not get the desired tone.
